- Redesigned the UX/UI of six SaaS platforms (marketing,
gamification, e-commerce), creating intuitive, accessible
(WCAG/AODA compliant), and performance-oriented interfaces. - Designed and launched 3 SaaS platforms from scratch: scoping, information architecture, specs, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, integration, and go-live.
- Facilitated co-design workshops, analyzed business needs, and created user journeys focused on conversion and customer experience.
- Led end-to-end project management: roadmap development, task prioritization, deliverable tracking, client relations, scheduling, and coordination of cross-functional teams (design, development, content).
- Produced motion design content: 24 e-learning modules (30 minutes each) with 90% overall satisfaction, numerous explainer animations (After Effects, Lottie), promotional videos, and dynamic UI assets.
- Created communication and marketing materials: around 75 graphic projects including social media visuals, interactive catalogs, banners, flyers, and product demo videos.
